I’m passionate about facilitating sound and stable shifting that leads to supportive change. Having specialized in Energy Work over the last three decades, my integrative approach includes a vast range of accessible, heart nourishing perspectives and techniques that lead to a lighter, richer, fuller sense of being. My energetic approach applied to my recent focus on the grieving experience awakened me to the possibility of vibrancy while grieving. When we’re able to invite an energetic approach into our living experiences—no matter how
intense– we become more energized and empowered. I’m here to help identify and assist in the release of blocked energy that prevents us from feeling whole and connected.
