Bio

Ramona has been supporting and guiding sessions for nearly 20 years in the Central Florida area. Her journey began in traditional massage therapy and has expanded to energy work, yoga, coaching, retreats and more. Through experiencing her own journey of healing she felt called to honor her call to be of support to others. She found ways to support them by shining a light in the darkness and inviting others to pick up their own light and step onto their authentic life journey path.

As an empath and intuitive being she offers opportunities for her community to honor their truth and connect to their own intuitive divine knowing. Through connecting to the heart and learning to act on what the heart guides you can find more ease and understanding of a world that can seem overwhelming. Understanding your intuition, empathic impacts and creating practices to honor the empath you are is at the center of the services Ramona offers the community of light workers and like minded journeyers.

Ramona offers Virtual and live sessions for Reiki, Yoga, Sound Healing, Meditation, Spiritual Guidance Coaching & Retreats.

Ramona’s many years of guiding others has led her to seek ways to expand herself as a teacher, coach, guide & healer. Spirit called Ramona to begin to seek collaborative opportunities to invite a wealth of knowledge and experience of multiple practitioners to create classes, workshops and retreats to offer the participants access to all these guides to support their healing. She brings the experience of co-creating experiences as well as her nearly 20 year career as a holistic practitioner to co-create the Creative Compass Collaborative. As a leading member of the Creative Compass Collaborative Ramona offers a heart centered approach to healing and integrating all that is experienced with the collaborative. As you integrate you embody all you are learning and become a shining light in the dark, this is her hope for you!
